Will.i.am debuts new song for Haiti at Miami Super Bowl

By Mark Devlin | 08 February 2010
Black Eyed Peas frontman Will.i.am debuted a new track at the Pepsi Super Bowl event in Miami over the weekend, with all proceeds from the digital sale going to Oxfam’s Haiti Earthquake Response Fund.

'My Generation' is a cover of The Who's 1960s rock classic. The lyrics, which have been amended from the original, call for listeners to take action on pressing humanitarian concerns.

The track is featured in a new commercial for FLO TV, but a fuller version was performed at Super Bowl, at which The Who themselves also took to the stage.
